CHAPTER 02 · LESSON 03

Market-cycle framework

Markets can move between directional progress, correction and balance, but they do not follow a guaranteed four-stage script.

A descriptive framework

Cycle language helps organise changing behaviour. It should identify visible structure and volatility rather than assign hidden intent.

Transitions need evidence

A change in pace is an alert, not proof of a complete new phase. Look for structure, acceptance and follow-through before upgrading the conclusion.

No fixed timetable

A state can persist, fail early or return to the prior range. Record what would confirm and what would invalidate each interpretation.
