What the framework records
The framework keeps time-window identity, market data provenance, structural observations, counter-evidence, invalidation and review receipts separate so that a result can be replayed.
What a score does not prove
A historical score, backtest or proxy result does not establish future performance, live readiness or exact parity with another implementation. Those claims require their own current evidence.
