2. Which platform is installed on your computer? (required)

Choose the matching package; MT4 and MT5 files are not interchangeable.

Your email is entered in the client centre. It is used for the one-time verification code and trial claim and installation emails, with no marketing sequence.

You can also choose your product and platform in the client centre.

On your phone? Receive the email now, then open it on the computer where you use MT4 or MT5 to install the EA.

Before you start

When does it start?
Each product’s continuous 30-day trial starts when its EA first connects successfully and completes its claim. Receiving the email or downloading the package does not start the clock.
How many installations?
Up to three installations per account and product, shared across MT4 and MT5. Downloading again, reinstalling, changing platforms or updating the software does not restart the trial.
Does it need an internet connection?
Licence authorisation lasts up to seven days and renews online. Trial authorisation never extends beyond the original trial expiry. Connect again to renew when needed.
What happens when it ends?
Trial access stops at expiry. There is no automatic charge.

Install on your computer

Use the instructions included with your personal package for its exact files and version.

  1. Receive your package

    Choose a product and platform, then verify your email with a one-time code in the client centre. Download your personal installation package and receive the installation email. Keep the personal package private.

  2. Copy to the matching terminal

    On your computer, open MT4 or MT5 → File → Open Data Folder. Follow the package’s existing folder structure and included instructions. Pivot Starter is an EA and belongs in MQL4/Experts or MQL5/Experts.

  3. Allow the connection

    Under Tools → Options → Expert Advisors, add https://portal.landuth.com to the allowed WebRequest URLs. Chart Dashboard MT4 includes a controller and two display components; copy them to their respective folders as supplied.

  4. Attach the EA to a new chart

    Refresh the Navigator or restart the terminal, then attach the EA from Expert Advisors to a new chart. Keep charts with existing EAs intact. Check the EA’s connection and licence status; its first successful connection and claim starts that product’s trial.
